Whole baked sea bass cooked with garlic and rosemary lightly seasoned with sea salt, cracked black pepper and lemon, served on a bed of crispy fresh salad leaves.
Roasted rack of lamb with fresh carrots and peas, and accompanied with a flavoursome lamb stock jus.
Mediterranean vegetable stuffed aubergine with oregano, baked and served with buttered asparagus and cherry tomatoes.
Tournedos Rossini - fillet steak cooked to your liking on fired brioche topped with the Broomhill parfait, sauteed mushrooms and glazed with a red wine jus.

Sunday Lunch
On Sunday the whole family can enjoy lunch. We offer a selection of roast meats, all served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Fish and vegetarian options are available, as well as smaller portions for children.
